Foretech Digihome

Modular spaces, easy to browse.

Foretech Digihome’s e-catalogue, selling modular homes factory-direct.

A digital e-catalogue for a modular home maker that sells straight from its own factory.

The challenge

Foretech makes modular homes in its own factory and sells them direct, with no middleman. But its old website didn’t let buyers browse the range like a catalogue, compare models or ask for exactly what they needed.

What we did

  • Studied competitors in Malaysia and abroad, and drafted six buyer personas, from homestay owners to resort developers.
  • Organised every model into series, with matching spec tables and a compare view.
  • Turned a 12-step supplier configurator into 6 buyer-friendly steps that feed a personalised enquiry form.
  • Rewrote supplier jargon in buyers’ words, and made proof part of the content: the factory, certifications and honest delivery logistics.
  • Built on Next.js and Sanity, ready for Chinese, Malay and right-to-left Arabic later.

Where it is now
