A corporate website revamp for one of Malaysia’s established banks, from research to Figma designs.
The challenge
One website serves personal customers, business owners and everyone in between, and it grows with every new product. Over time, menus fill up and everyday online services get harder to reach, especially on a phone.
What we did
- Audited the mobile site section by section, from the main menu to the personal, business and alliance@work e-services, logging every issue with a suggested fix.
- [Interviewed personal and business customers] and turned what we heard into personas.
- [Benchmarked other Malaysian banks] to see what customers have come to expect.
- Redesigned the navigation and key pages in Figma, mobile first, ready for the bank’s developers.
Where it is now
Research findings and Figma designs handed to the bank’s digital team. [Add results only if they were measured and the bank approves publishing them.]
[Credit line: a Harmony Digital project, or “Led by our founder before Harmony Digital”? Get the bank’s written OK before showing research or screens.]
